Our guest today was Hoda Samater and we discussed the impact people are having as result of COVID-19 pandemic and ways individuals and community can build resilience.

We interviewed Dr. Susan Arnold who is a Professor at the School of Public Health University of Minnesota. We discussed about the impact of COVID-19 in general, the use of face masks, effectiveness and workers exposures especially those that work in places that is difficult to practice physical distancing.
